Calendar

This committee shall be responsible for the recruitment, screening and selection of candidates for the Board of Directors consistent with laws, regulations, and these By-laws. The Committee shall recommend its selections for any vacancy on the Board and Committee appointments. The Committee is also responsible for ongoing Board training and strategic planning. The Committee will propose strategic development and policy action to the full board for approval.

Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
