Service Providers

San Gabriel/ Pomona Regional Center (SG/PRC) contracts with individuals, and entities that share SG/PRC’s vision of service, support and advocacy for individuals served and their families.

Service Providers or Vendors are highly skilled professionals that must meet regulatory requirements to deliver services that are tailored to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.

SG/PRC through the Service Coordinator secures services to meet the needs of the individual served or their families through community partners or Service Providers. The Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) includes services and supports.

Services and supports for persons with developmental disabilities mean specialized services and supports or special adaptations or generic services and supports directed toward the alleviation of the developmental disability furthering the achievement and maintenance of an independent, product and normal life.

Our Service Providers are vital, because they deliver the direct service, support, supervision, care, and goodwill, offering an array of choices to further preferences and equitable service outcomes. If you are interested or know of anyone that might have interest and shares SG/PRC’s vision, please contact the SG/PRC Community Resources Department at resources@sgprc.org.
